Weren’t these cribs recalled though?

  The former Allison cribs were, but this is a fixed side version of those and is not a part of the recall.

  These cribs have been converted to fixed side cribs and are not a part of the voluntary recall.

Do these cribs comply with the soon to be new standard, 16 CFR 1219?

  This crib does not meet the new standard. All of our cribs after June 27th that are being sold will meet all of the new crib safety standards. This crib is still safe, JPMA certified and meets or exceeds all US and Canadian standards.
