My 11 month old won't sleep all night in his crib….I've tried everything. He is just like his other two brothers as far as being not so good sleepers!

Honestly, we used a bassinet for about a week with our first son and never again. Babies don't really care where they sleep, as long as they are warm and feel safe. I also know that they say back is best but you do have to listen to your baby. Our oldest son would sleep on his back just fine until he learned to roll and then could sleep on his tummy himself. Our youngest son hated sleeping on his back and his side. We tried so hard until we just put him on his stomach. He's had no problems with that for 10 months.

Easy, Easy, Easy…put the baby in there from day one! No fuss, no problems! Seriously though, we put both of our kids in their cribs from the first day they came home. I never wanted to fight the crib battle later…or have a 10 year old still sleeping in my bed. I have two video monitors in their rooms so I can watch/hear them at all times!I think your sis is spot on though, if you DO have them in the room with you-at least let them nap in their own rooms!Sorry I'm not more help!
